A cold front draped west to east across the Piedmont may trigger an isolated shower or storm this afternoon and evening. Otherwise, today will be partly cloudy and warm. The high will be 82. Tonight, will be partly cloudy. The low will be 61.
It will be warm and dry Wednesday and Thursday. Under a partly cloudy sky, the high Wednesday will be 80, and 84 on Thursday. Morning low temperatures will be around 60. A dry cold front will cross the area Thursday with a second cold front arriving Friday. The second front will bring a small shower chance on Friday with a high around 80. This front may stall near the Carolina coast over the weekend and bring a small shower chance on Saturday, with a better chance of rain on Sunday and Sunday night. The high on Saturday will be 77, cooling to 65 on Sunday. Weekend morning low temperatures will be in the mid and upper 50s.
The normal low is 48, and the normal high is 71.
